- 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 32- ounce bag frozen tater tots
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through. Use a wooden spoon to break it into crumbles. Drain any excess grease.
Spread the cooked sausage evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
