- 6 cups rice or corn Chex cereal
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon strawberry extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup crushed shortbread cookies
Place the Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring between each interval until smooth.
