  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Extra sliced strawberries for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, stir together oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until well combined.
  • Fold in the diced strawberries and Greek yogurt until the mixture is evenly mixed.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into two jars or containers.
  • Cover tightly with lids and place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
