Ingredients
  

  • 4 small round bread boules
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Cut a circular lid off the top of each bread boule and remove some of the soft interior to create a hollow bowl. Set aside.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce mixture until well coated.
  • Spoon the saucy spaghetti into each bread bowl, packing it slightly. Top each with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
  • Place filled bread bowls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bowl edges are toasted.
  • Remove from oven. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
