Maryland Crab Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound lump crab meat picked over for shells
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix thoroughly to incorporate all the seasonings.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the chunks too much.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is bubbling and lightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or veggies.
