- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 12 slices deli ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Use a sharp knife to slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally as one slab. Do not separate them into individual rolls.
Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
Layer the ham evenly over the bottom rolls.
Add slices of Swiss cheese on top of the ham, covering the area evenly.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese to close the sliders.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
Spoon or brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls, making sure to coat well.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 15 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly crisp.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Slice and serve warm.
