Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the sour cream mixture using a rubber spatula.
  • Fold in the crushed pineapple, sliced strawberries, banana slices, lemon juice, and miniature marshmallows until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Pour the fruit mixture into an 8x8 freezer-safe dish or loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove from the freezer about 15 to 20 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Slice into squares or scoop into bowls and serve chilled.
