- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 2 bananas sliced
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using a hand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the sour cream mixture using a rubber spatula.
