Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
  • Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the beef is fully browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Turn off the heat and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the hot beef. Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes to melt.
  • While the beef cooks, prepare the bowl ingredients. Chop romaine lettuce and arrange it as a base in four serving bowls.
  • Top the lettuce with halved cherry tomatoes, dill pickle slices, shredded carrots, and thin slices of red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and apple cider vinegar to create the burger sauce.
  • Spoon the cheesy ground beef onto the prepared bowls. Drizzle each bowl with burger sauce.
  • Serve immediately while the beef is warm and enjoy.
