- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
Season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until the beef is fully browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the hot beef. Let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes to melt.
While the beef cooks, prepare the bowl ingredients. Chop romaine lettuce and arrange it as a base in four serving bowls.
Top the lettuce with halved cherry tomatoes, dill pickle slices, shredded carrots, and thin slices of red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and apple cider vinegar to create the burger sauce.
Spoon the cheesy ground beef onto the prepared bowls. Drizzle each bowl with burger sauce.
Serve immediately while the beef is warm and enjoy.
